You will need to ascend slightly to leave the valley of the Anglin and reach the hamlet of Villiers with its preserved old buildings. The path along the Anglin River offers a breathtaking view of the Château of Aigues Joignant on the other side.

A journey through typical Brenne scenery, mainly composed of shady paths through the majestic old oak trees in the Lancosme forest. The former abbey church of Méobeq is a reminder of the history and the role of the monks in the creation of the lakes.

The cliffs of the Anglin valley, overlooked by the Rocher de la Dube, are the backdrop to this route offering views of the limestone plateau and the river. The walk follows small paths lined with dry stone walls. Nature lovers will be delighted by the wild orchids in spring.

A waterside walk in a verdant setting listed as a Sensitive Natural Area, which you will enjoy after leaving the village of Mézières-en-Brenne, whose architecture bears signs of its past.

Located on the border between Brenne and Poitou, Néons-sur-Creuse takes us back in time to the history of salt smuggling, when a giant game of hide and seek was played out between smugglers and border police. The circuit crosses the evocatively-named streets of the hamlet of Mallet.

Woodland undergrowth and lakes are on the programme for this countryside walk, sometimes along grassy paths through wetlands and sometimes under the cover of leafy vegetation, leading to the Etangs Neufs fisheries complex.

Traditionally given over to livestock farming, Nuret-le-Ferron offers a surprisingly hilly landscape to the south of the village. The path undulates through the undergrowth before opening onto meadows and leading to the Grande Gorce lake, surrounded by trees in a typical Brenne setting.

Located on the northern edge of the Park, Obterre is a gateway to Touraine, as can be seen in the limestone houses and private châteaux that punctuate the circuit. The Aigronne river adds an extra feature to this route, which includes several points of view over scenery that is far from being monoto

This hilly route alternates between open countryside and covered paths offering a mixture of meadows, undergrowth, hedgerows and rivers. The valley of the Creuse and the Brion punctuate this yoyo-like walk, which culminates in an exceptional view of the church of Oulches.

This circuit leads you through two countryside settings around the small Romanesque church of Paulnay with its remarkable frescoes. To the north, it crosses the Boischaut countryside and, to the south, it winds through unspoilt and intimate Brenne scenery.

Limestone is the common thread of this walk, found in the hamlets and the low walls that once delimited the pastures of the goats whose milk is now used to make Pouligny-St-Pierre cheese. Other stones have a more mysterious past, such as the Roche à la Velue and the Pierre à l'Ane.

This circuit combines nature and heritage in the heart of the woodland of the Sonne valley. The route travels along small roads and shady paths beneath tall trees, passes the Château of La Garde Giron and La Charpagne mill and includes a bit of adventure at a river crossing via a ford.
