Description
Farmhouse organic goat's cheese, matured or fresh A. O. P. Pouligny-Saint-Pierre (AB). Organic goat yoghurts. Based in Fonterland in the commune of Tournon Saint Martin, Denis and Christel have been running a herd of 100 Alpine goats using an organic production method since 2010. The goats graze for a large part of the year and are fed grass and legume hay in winter. Some of the milk is processed for the production of Pouligny Saint Pierre.
