Description
The Eurial cheese dairy in Tournon Saint Martin processes 4 million litres of goat's milk from our 70 Producers. It makes the Sainte Maure de Touraine PDO, the Pouligny Saint Pierre PDO and the log of goat Saint Vincent branded Soignon. Moulding and demoulding are manual. The maturing and packaging of all the cheeses is done in strict compliance with the specifications of each PDO. The site employs 50 people and produces 720 tons of cheese per year. In 2019 the site was awarded the Chèvre d'Or prize at the Sainte-Maure de Touraine cheese competition.
