Description
At the heart of the Brenne region, its woods, heaths and meadows, the outbuildings of an 17th and 18th centuries mansion have been converted into a gite located in an enclosed plot. Park protected under the LPO label (association which protects birds and their living areas). Near many rambling tracks following the lakes of the hamlet Le Bouchet to the Maison du Parc. Ground floor: large lounge - dining room - fitted kitchen - bathroom - toilet. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 double bed and 2 single beds) - bathroom - toilet. Garden, terrace (garden table and chairs, barbecue). Private parking space and petanque court. Electric heating.
La restauration de la maison a été faite à partir de matériaux naturels : bois, chaux, terre cuite, … en respectant le bâti ancien. Notre jardin est géré durablement sans utiliser de produits phytosanitaires et en favorisant les insectes. Le domaine est refuge LPO. Nous aurons plaisir à vous conseiller sur les circuits de randonnée, les lieux d'observation, les producteurs fermiers et les bons petits restau.
