Local and artisanal organic beer. Sale and visit of the farm by appointment by phone. After 10 years of amateur beer making, Jérémy BIROT decided to make it his main professional activity. The beers he proposes are certified AB, are produced with local cereals, the most used raw material in beer with water (mainly Issoudun malting plant and Sandie FLOQUET's farm) The hops are bought via traditional traders all certified organic.
