Description
Sébastien and Laurence, the 4th generation on the farm, raise Charolais cattle in an idyllic setting near the Château de Brosse. This farm, certified High Environmental Value (HVE), offers 5 or 10 kg packages of Charolais meat, vacuum-packed for optimum freshness. The meats, ideal for grilling or long-cooking, come from a respectful breeding program, fed in part by the farm?s cereal crops. On reservation, take advantage of direct farm sales, with delivery option, to savor the authenticity of a local farm.
