Description
La ferme des Cabrioles is run by 3 partners, Séverine, Laurent and Thierry, who set up in Les Auzannes in 2004. The farm has 140 goats and 28 ha spread around the farm. 23 ha are devoted to goat grazing and forage production, and 5 ha to cereal production for self-consumption. The goats graze as long as the season permits...from March to October, then return to the barn for the winter. All the milk produced is processed on the farm, mainly into Pouligny Saint Pierre PDO cheese. Here, you'll also find goat tomme, yoghurts, crottins, logs, fromage frais and goat camembert. Since January 1, 2022, our production has been organic.
